- Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of receiving further SMS communications. You may reply HELP for assistance.
- Strict Mobile Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Purpose of Data Collection To ensure the highest standard of safety for all children in our care, Koinonia Linkutilizes a digital check-in/check-out system. This system includes the capture and storage of photographic images of:
- The child(ren) being checked in.
- The parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
- Any individuals authorized by the parent/guardian to pick up the child.
These images are strictly used for identification purposes to verify that a child is being released only to an authorized individual.
2. Parental Authorization By using the Koinonia Link check-in system, I, the parent or legal guardian, hereby grant permission to Koinonia Link to capture, store, and display digital photographs of my child(ren) and myself/authorized contacts within the internal check-in system. I understand these photos will be accessible to ministry staff and volunteers solely for the purpose of identity verification during check-in and check-out procedures.
3. Data Privacy & Security The church agrees to take reasonable technical precautions to protect these images. These photos will:
- NOT be posted on social media, the church website, or used for marketing purposes without a separate, explicit media release.
- NOT be shared with third parties, except as required by law or for the direct technical maintenance of the software system.
- Be retained only as long as necessary for the active enrollment of the family in the ministry programs.
4. Waiver of Liability I understand that while Koinonia Link implements security measures to protect this data, no digital system is entirely immune to unauthorized access. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Koinonia Link, its employees, volunteers, agents, and software providers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to the taking, use, or storage of these photographs, provided the church has acted in good faith to secure this data.
5. Acknowledgement By proceeding with the check-in process, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this policy, and I consent to the security measures described above.
